I prepared macha (= Green tea) cake for friends BBQ party, but that was not enough to serve everybody. So I decided to eat at home.
It turned out well. I got one pack of fresh blueberry for my macha cake.I could eat it as fresh, but I made blueberry sauce before it ruined.
Recipe:
- Fresh blueberry..... 200g
- 1/2 Lemon ..... Squeeze
- Brown sugar .....60g
It's so easy. You just mix everything together and boil. Then cook 4-5 minutes in the low heat.

I could have another cake next day:))

Yum! I just made a green tea zucchini cake, but could not taste the macha - where do I buy the powdered form? This looks so delicious, Yoko! Ginny
